All came back saying we needed a new furnace. Got refured to cool cats by one of my military buddies. The owner was very up front and honest with me. The technician they sent out was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Was able get our furnace cleaned and working like the day we had it installed. There is definitely no chance im calling any other HVAC company to come out and service my HVAC system.

 Verified What a breath of fresh air to be told that our AC can be cleaned up and it will last longer. I just assume that no matter who we call anymore will say all systems need to be replaced. I hate that. And today when Cool Cats said they could clean up our AC and get it running for a while longer, I seriously could not be more appreciative.  Verified My AC was working, but on and off and sometimes would stop and a leak would start in one of my bedrooms. I called several people and most of them were a week or two out (it was busy time May, right before summer). I was Given Cool Cats number from a family friend who used them previously. Brain was amazing! He was swamped and still fit me in that week. He was honest and looked into a few issues instead of just telling me "it is old and you need a new system", which is what one of those national chains told me. He came out twice to confirm what he thought the issue was. He did not charge me for anything unneeded and was very patient explaining each thing he was looking at. He even showed me with a flashlight the "coils" that might need cleaning to show me they were clean and fine. He got on the roof and made sure my unit looked okay and it didn't need service. He def could have told me it needed service or cleaning because I would have no idea otherwise because I was not getting on my two story roof. He was very honest and long story short told me what I was doing to cause the system to freeze up so I could remedy the situation and not pay for unnecessary parts and services. He was so honest and I can't appreciate that enough, especially being a single female that knows nothing about AC. He was reasonably priced. Efficient and very very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him enough and was so grateful for him.

 Verified The air conditioning went out on our rental home in the heat of the summer. We contacted Brian at Cool Cats HVAC and was presented with a very reasonable price and that they would be able to get going on the replacement within the next day or two.
